★ Technique: Laser Cut & Engraved. Personalise any design with any name, date, available template design or custom logo, your own image.
★ Note: The Wine Bottle is not included and is shown for illustrative purposes only.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select Your Wooden Wine Holder Option – Choose the style of wooden wine holder you prefer.
2. Select Your Glasses Option – Pick the glass's option you'd like to include.
3. Specify Your Artwork Style – Enter your preferred artwork style for the glass using the Design Template Options provided. Please specify the exact order in which you want the designs engraved on the Wine Rack and Glasses.
★ Important Notes:
- The artwork templates are only applicable to the glasses. The engraving on the Wine Rack Holder will follow the same font style chosen for the glasses. However, due to the limited engraving surface on the wine rack, certain elements such as detailed logos cannot be etched. Only text, dates, and small icons can be engraved on the Wine Rack Holder.
- You are welcome to choose a different design template for each item. If you have specific requests or instructions, please include them in ( ) brackets when placing your order.

Please note to attach the highest resolution file as possible to avoid quality issues Not all files are scanned prior to manufacturing, if you're not sure, please send us an email after placing the order to confirm if the file is of an acceptable quality.
▸You can combine or pick any font, icon, style, etc between our provided designs, or choose not to include a date, title or icon for example. All artwork based on our available design is free of charge.
▸If you don't like any of our template and want to create your own bespoke artwork design, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have, a small additional fee may apply.

The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:
We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.
