Description
The Jende Nanocloth Ultra Strops are made of synthetic stropping material without a weave, ensuring consistent feedback in all directions. Unlike weaved strops that exhibit noticeable resistance change feedback variations, the Nanocloth Ultra provides reliable stropping strokes without second-guessing.
Featuring a honeycomb structure, these strops allow emulsions to fill up the honeycombs, effectively keeping more abrasive on the strop and off your knife. The shape of the honeycomb also creates a snow-shoe effect, resulting in even scratches during stropping.
With minimal compression compared to leather strops, the honeycomb depth offers precise control over strop aggression. You can adjust the strop's aggression by applying differential pressure, adding more pressure for increased aggression or using super light strokes for finish stropping.
The color-coded acrylic base of the strops allows for instant recognition of the desired grit, saving time and avoiding confusion during selection. Additionally, the strops are laser etched with identification marks that ensure long-lasting clarity.
