Open pouches are washed with water and soap and reused. 3- Pouches have a filter that is designed to reduce odor and gas buildup. Comfortable and bright glow!

I've had this watch for about a year and never take it off. The glow feature is so bright it will light up a dark room and blind you if you just woke up 😆. But I love it. I trimmed the strap to just fit cause it was a little long.
