This Icon Vehicle Dynamics 7" suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2017-2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance. This suspension system is perfect for on-road and off-road use including towing, job site duty, and provides ultimate performance for extreme off-road adventure. Not an accurate book for a true spiritual seeker.

Don't waste your money. Once I read the 3rd eye may appear as the eye of Sauron from Lord of the rings, and all you have to do is cross your eyes and Boom there it is, I stopped wasting my time. All I received was a headace and major strain. After studying Kriya Yoga and what I've learned through the practices regarding the 3rd eye I just couldn't continue. You can read this in an hour or so. It's speaks of affirmations, mantras that's all good. If your just starting this journey I wouldnt recommend this. Look for books written by paramahansa yogananda, just my opinion and what worked miracles for me. This book was a gift or Id return. Again just my opion, if it helps you wonderful, I wouldn't pay .50 cents for this book.

I can sum up this whole book in a single paragraph

Every other page is a stock picture from wherever; while the message and practice are helpful, this should have been a pamphlet instead of a book -remember Cliffsnotes? Look at the author photo in the back of the book and consider it for a moment, what does your gut tell you? Hopefully you too can glean something from it.
