Q. Can I personalize each box with a different name?
A. Yes -- every box label and tumbler is custom-printed with the name you provide. Enter each recipient's name in the order notes.

Q. What is the difference between the Basic and Premium box options?
A. The Basic box includes the personalized gift box, greeting card, glass tumbler, satin bow straw, scrunchie, gold coil hair tie, foam rose, and crunch paper fill. The Premium box adds a gold diamond pen. Higher tiers include a personalized compact mirror and additional upgrades.

Q. Can I send multiple boxes to different addresses?
A. Yes, but each address requires a separate order. Please place one order per shipping address.

Q. How long does processing take?
A. We typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak wedding season, please allow up to 7 business days.

Q. Can this be used as a maid of honor or matron of honor gift?
A. Absolutely -- just note the title (Maid of Honor, Matron of Honor, Bridesmaid, etc.) in your order notes and we will customize accordingly.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging and we will make it right.

Q. Do you offer bulk or custom orders for a full bridal party?
A. Yes -- we love creating gifts for entire bridal parties. Please contact us before purchasing for custom quantities or requests.

Q. Will a greeting card be included?
A. Yes, if you include a gift message at checkout, a matching proposal card will be added to the box. If no message is provided, the card will not be included.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Glass tumbler: Hand wash only. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave.
  • Do not scrub vinyl name with a sponge. Names are applied with professional premium grade adhesive outdoor vinyl. Gently hand wash, avoiding the vinyl name and graphic, for the longest life.
  • Hair accessories and scrunchies: gentle machine wash or hand wash in cool water.
  • Foam rose and keepsake items: wipe clean with a soft dry cloth.

Helped our puppy settle in from the first night!

We got this kit to welcome our 8 week old puppy. The warming packs work really well. Especially important since it was our puppy’s first time separated from him mom and littermates. The heartbeat is loud enough for us to hear at night but we got used to it. The Snuggle Puppy stays in his crate as his special companion and he snuggles like it’s one of his pack. Ahead of puppy’s arrival, we put one of my husband’s tshirts on the Snuggle Puppy to add his scent to it. I think that helped the transition, too. Luckily, this puppy doesn’t destroy stuffed animals. After 3 weeks all but the tongue are in tact. I’m not sure how long it would last if he was a destroyer. The toys are ok. The freezable teething heart is a hit. He has settled in to his nightly routine really well and gets excited to greet his pal!

Perfect puppy gift! We use the kennel as her safe haven, and for potty training . This heartbeat tool is amazing and helped our puppy get acclimated to her kennel. She goes into her kennel and sleeps with it on her own. It calmed her down on the plane completely. We had a 6-hour flight and she did fine with the heartbeat toy. At home innthe kennel, the whining was very very minimal the first couple days, then it stopped. As you would hear and see her snuggle up and fall asleep. Haven't used the heating packs yet, they go inside the pouch with the heartbeat item. I am sure we will because my puppy does love to be in front of my small heater under my desk to keep my feet warm. The packaging was extremely nice and fancy and was complimentary to the items inside.

Best Idea for Puppy's First Day Home

I was a bit reserved on purchasing this kit because it was a bit expensive. After a month now with my pup at home, this was the best investment for us and our GSD. On the first night, we used the heart beating snuggle puppy and blanket. She slept the entire night without an accident or a cry. The heartbeat in the snuggle puppy and the heat pad was the best idea. Our puppy never felt alone (just fyi, her crate was in the room with us for the 2 weeks). A month later, she is so protective of her snuggle puppy. We only used 1 heat pack to soothe her during the first week. The heat packs last a while. Our GSD now uses the snuggle puppy as a pillow or an object to be close to while she is in her crate. Any new puppy owner could definitely benefit from using this. Of course, with all things puppy, it does require a bit of time to correlate toys as a positive thing. We exclusively keep the snuggle puppy in her crate and make it a part of her secure place. My GSD puppy did really care for the teething heart toy. Even after freezing it, she didn't care for it. She also outgrew the small toy. She will chew it from time to time but it doesn't entertain her much. I found the kit, overall, very helpful with our puppy's adjustment to our home. She sleeps through the night since 8 weeks old and now at 12 weeks old. We've never had an accident in her crate overnight with the help with the snuggle puppy.
