Origin information: Alfalfa is grown in India, sun-dried and ground in Auroville.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Usage: One measuring spoon (2g) with hot water or milk. Consume the entire amount or divide it into two or three doses throughout the day. Recommended daily intake of 1-6 grams and not recommended during pregnancy.
