The 1/35 Academy German Army King Tiger "Last Production" kit represents one of the most formidable tanks of World War II, depicted in its final production form with the late-war Henschel turret. This version included numerous simplifications made in an effort to speed up manufacturing during the final stages of the war.
The model features crisp moulded detail with Zimmerit texture realistically recreated on the hull and turret. It includes individual link tracks, accurately modelled suspension and road wheels, and a full suite of external fittings. Optional parts such as smoke dischargers and spare track links are included, along with decals for several late-war unit markings. (Please note: Academy stopped producing the camouflage decals for this kit quite some time ago, however this particular unit does not have the decals omitted from the instructions)
