African Market Baskets™ are strong, durable, colorful and completely hand-made. Each basket is unique, super functional, and vibrantly colored. They are made using a type of river grass known as “elephant grass” and produced by local weavers in Bolgatanga, Ghana. The baskets featuring leather handles are wrapped in goat skin for comfort and durability. The leather is naturally tanned using local seeds and red millet.
This mini shopping tote features leather handles and extended sides which add a nice flair. These are perfect for grocery shopping, trips to the beach, and they make a great lunch basket for kids. Leather color may vary.
Basket Dimensions: 8”-10” long, 6”-8” wide, 8”-10” tall (not including the handles)
