The adhesive-backed strips can be attached to any clean, smooth surface to record peak temperatures that occur duringany session. The temperatures are marked for both Fahrenheitand Celsius with the range of 250° to 536°F and 121° to 280°C. The indicator color changes to black when a temperature levelis observed. Each package includes 10 non-reversible strips.
