Warranty Conditions & Exclusions 

To ensure your warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:

1. Professional Installation: Items must be installed by a licensed tradesperson in accordance with local plumbing and building codes.
2. Manufacturing Faults: The warranty covers failures due to faults in the manufacture of the product only.
3. Proof of Purchase: Original tax invoice or proof of purchase must be provided for all claims.
4. Installation Guidelines: Product must be installed strictly in accordance with the provided instructions and wall-stud requirements for wall-hung units.
5. Maintenance: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, use of harsh chemicals, or standing water left on surfaces.
