This new palette from Charlotte Tilbury is a limited-edition, highly pigmented eyeshadow palette with nine universally flattering shades in new multidimensional finishes: matte, shimmer, and pop.
Charlotte's Beautifying Eye Trends eyeshadow palettes come in six ranges and universal shades: cool neutral, rosy pink, warm bronze, cool emerald, soft lilac, and icy blue.
