This elegant pendant was created from an antique brooch (circa 1910-1920). The heart is a "witch's heart" with a slight twist at the bottom. Since the 18th century, witch's hearts were given as gifts to symbolize that the giver was "bewitched" with love for the recipient. The flower is accented with a glistening diamond.
The pendant measures 0.75 inches from the top of the bail to the base of the pendant by 0.6 inches wide. It is unmarked, but acid tests for 10k gold. It is in very good condition.
