Custom Embroidery Pricing
Transform your items with custom embroidery! Our pricing is designed to reflect the craftsmanship and detail that go into creating your personalized designs and to provide flexibility that caters to your custom needs.  These are some considerations:

• Base Pricing of $15 and Up: Includes one location on a shirt, bag, or fabric jacket, with up to 5,000 stitches.  This is the average price for a name or simple logo.
• Additional Charges:
  • Additional stitch count over 5,000 ($1.75 per additional 1,000 stitches).
  • Extra embroidery locations (add $5 per location).
  • Specialty threads (e.g., metallic or glow-in-the-dark).

Here's how it works:

1. Submit Your Design: Upload your logo or artwork.
2. Setup Fee: A one-time fee for creating your design's embroidery file (digitization). This cost varies based on the complexity of the design.
3. Per Item Pricing: Charged based on the number of stitches in your design:
   • Small designs (up to 10,000 stitches): $17.50/item
   • Medium designs (10,001–20,000 stitches): $35.00/item
   • Large designs (20,001+ stitches):  $1.75/1,000 stitches
4. Bulk Discounts: Save more with larger orders! Discounts apply for orders of 12+ items.
5. Custom Add-ons: Additional options like exclusive thread colors, specialty threads, or placements (e.g., sleeves, collars) are available for an extra fee.
6. Specialty items: such as leather or high-pile fabrics (e.g., robes, sherpa, or velvet), may incur additional charges due to the unique techniques required.
7. Approve Your Proof: We'll send you a digital proof for approval.
