4x40 Stainless Steel Membrane Housing Pressure Vessel for RO, NF, UF, MF Membranes

Applied Membranes 316 SS pressure vessels for housing 4040 membrane elements offer high operating pressure which allow you to take full advantage of the membrane capability. Stainless steel membrane pressure vessels are considered safer and more reliable than PVC membrane pressure vessels.

AMI 4-inch x 40-inch membrane housings are designed for direct connection to industry-standard 4x40 membrane elements with 3/4" male product water tubes (stinger style) used by most popular brands including Applied Membranes, FilmTec Membranes, Hydranautics Membranes, and LG Chem RO Membranes. The U-Pin style end closures are designed for ease of installing and replacing membrane elements, with standard ½" FNPT threaded connections: no special fittings required. Each membrane housing is individually inspected for quality assurance.

Each membrane housing is sold complete with End Plugs, U-Pins, Feed Plug, and O-Rings. Mounting Equipment is sold separately.

It also washes nicely and still looks good after laundering… though it did shrink a little, which did not help its already petite situation. the material is thick and nice weight. Pros: good quality fabric, soft and comfy, great surface for vinyl decals, washes well. Cons: runs very small, shrinks a bit after washing, value is average unless you size up. Overall, it’s a nice little hoodie that does the job—as long as you order with future growth (and laundry shrinkage) firmly in mind.
