2CD - The Misunderstood – Children Of The Sun (The Complete Recordings 1965-1966)2 Cd The Misunderstood must rank as one of the greatest cult bands of the '60 psychedelia era. The band began forging their innovative sound in Riverside, California, where they were discovered by DJ John Peel (then working in the US as John Ravenscroft). The Misunderstood must rank as one of the greatest cult bands of the '60 psychedelia era. The band began forging their innovative sound in Riverside, California, where they were discovered by DJ John Peel (then working in the US as John Ravenscroft). Having cut a few recordings locally, the band relocated to the UK on Peel's recommendation. In London, The Misunderstood signed to Fontana Records to cut what are considered six landmark tracks. Issued that December, 'I Can Take You To The Sun' remains a high watermark of the original psychedelia era and was backed by an explosive version of Bo Diddley's 'Who Do You Love', but the band broke up soon afterwards when singer Rick Brown was drafted. A second single, the blistering psych rock of 'Children Of The Sun' (backed by the anti-war gem 'I Unseen') was belatedly issued in February 1969 when a new line-up of the band re-signed to the label. In 1982, Cherry Red released the landmark compilation LP, Before The Dream Faded, which not only unveiled two further Fontana recordings, the high octane 'Find The Hidden Door' and 'My Mind' but also collated seven archive tracks from the band's Riverside days. Since then, additional recordings have surfaced on various retrospectives. Children Of The Sun finally assembles

The Misunderstood's entire known output from 1965-1966 onto one package, suitably re-mastered by Alec Palao. With incisive sleeve-notes from Mike Stax (Ugly Things) and involvement with various original band members, and a handsome design from Andy Morten (Shindig!), this is truly the definitive document of a legendary underground band, assembled by those who love their music.

Great play sneaker for outside
Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
These sneakers fit my daughter’s feet perfectly and she loves the color. I trust the Saucony brand as I’ve owned several pairs. They are well made and this pair is an excellent option for play sneakers. My kids are outside a lot and I need a sneaker that can handle running, climbing and occasionally getting wet. There is generous breathable mesh and the shoes dry quickly. My daughter has slightly wider feet and these fit comfortably. I also appreciate that they are Velcro so can be put on or taken off quickly because we all know kids are impatient when it comes to playtime.

Great everyday sneaker
Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
I bought these for my kid and honestly didn’t expect to like them as much as I do, but they’ve been great so far. They’re lightweight, easy to get on, look cute, fit well, and actually seem comfortable enough that there’s been zero complaining (which is saying a lot). The grip on the bottom is solid, and they’ve held up really well with everyday wear, running around, playground, all of it. I also like that they’re breathable, so no sweaty feet at the end of the day. They’re not the most “fancy” sneaker out there, but for the price, the quality feels really fair. If anything, I wish they came in even more color options because we’d probably buy another pair. Overall, really good everyday shoe. If you just need something reliable, comfortable, and kid-proof, these definitely do the job.

You've Found Your Daughter's Match! Superior Sneakers for Girls!
Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia, Size: 1 Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
Super-cute, stylish sneakers meet cushiony comfort at a very reasonable price. These sneakers have it all! The bed and sole of these sneakers provide significant shock-absorption making them ideal for serious athletics or a long day out at the theme park. Our daughter went from a Keds-type sneaker to these and she was beaming 😁! In addition to their comfort and ppearance is the fact that they fasten and unfasten with ease. Any child can put them on and take them off. The laces stretch and the Velcro is highly adjustable. Everything has been constructed with integrity. They are, also, washable so you can continue to maintain their crisp, vibrant colors and keep them looking new. They fit true-to-size and can accodimate somewhat wide feet as well. There are only positive things to say about these 5+ stars!

Nice, Tough & Comfortable!
Size: 6.5 Wide Big Kid, Color: Black
Bought as an everyday school shoe for my 10 year old son. He likes them a lot and is holding up great through rough boy play, and they still look good after a couple months now.
