Also, known as Cereus peruvianus, this sweet guy gets super tall and produces huge edible flowers that are nocturnal! The fruit, or peruvian apples, can be enjoyed as they have a wonderful taste with crunchy seeds. But even without the flowers and fruit, this plant is sure to please with its chunky grayish green or bluish hue.
