Soy Peptone Yeast Extract Agar is available in three sizes - 500g, 2kg, and 10kg.
PREPARATION: Mix 72.0 grams of the medium in one Liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring until boiling to dissolve completely. Distribute and autoclave at 121.0°C for 15 minutes.
