Store Credit is granted after receiving your merchandise within 3 days after purchase has been completed on Pick- Up orders and on Shipments, 3 days after tracking number announces your package has been delivered. Items must be shipped out within 3 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number; as evidenced by the support email and courier's tracking information.
