Exactly how does someone whose military background and career achievements are that of an American Patriot become a target of the FBI? Franklin Walker has found himself in just such a tenuous situation, which he illustrates through the pages of this expos. Despite fifty years of service to the U.S. Government, including a long stint with the navy and positions with the Department of State and Joint Atomic Intelligence Committee of the CIA, Walker finds himself suffering mysterious physical manifestations that suggest attack by high-radiant-energy bolts discharged by what he characterizes as rogue FBI agents. Poisoning, accidents, public tails, and tapped phone lines further the harassment. Just how far will they go? Walker adroitly juxtaposes his distinguished naval career (which includes many commendations and medals) and his impressive career as a respected research scientist (in which he was sought after as a featured speaker and received a Nobel Prize nomination) against the strange occurrences that now plague him. By detailing the nefarious acts of these agents and other FBI personnel who rob him of patents, his Nobel nomination in chemistry, and even his security clearances Walker casts a questioning light on the activities and makeup of our modern FBI.

soap is too thin and runny, and feels diluted and cheap.
Scent: Coconut, Size: 64 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
As stated above, soap is too thin and consistency is too runny. Antibacterial properties are good, and scent is adequate, but thin consistency necessitates the perception that one has to use more, as well as controlling the “stream” while dispensing is tricky. Liquid soap should feel luxurious, and not like the soap found in the local service station’s men’s room, where industrial grade hand soap has been diluted with water to make it last longer.

Best foam soap refill if you use the right soap dispenser
Scent: Rosewater (2 Pack), Scent: Rosewater (2 Pack)
Nice and foamy (pic shows foam dispensed at level 1 bc my kids wash their hands a lot..level 4 looks like whipped cream!) Lovely rose scent. Hands actually feel soft afterwards. Works better than I expected. This *foaming* soap specifically needs a *foaming soap dispenser*. It specifically says that on the back of the package. So for those complaining it’s a liquid and stays liquid, perhaps you’re using just a regular pump container. This soap will be my go-to to refill my automatic foaming soap dispenser. Highly recommend.

most convenient refill system
Scent: Ocean Breeze (2 Pack), Scent: Ocean Breeze (2 Pack)
I have been a fan of J.R. Watkins for a while, but these foaming hand soap refills have really sold me on the brand. I get compliments from guests almost every time they use the guest bathroom. The refill process is incredibly easy and mess-free. The spout is designed perfectly so you don't end up with wasted soap running down the side of the bottle, which has been a frustration of mine with other brands. The foam itself is rich and it doesn't just turn into water the second you rub your hands together. I love that I can reuse my dispensers while saving money and reducing plastic waste by buying the larger refill pouches. If you enjoy a high-quality foaming lather and an upscale scent, this is a perfect 5-star household staple.
