Start your day with a cup of coffee and a healthy breakfast as we will visit some of the local beaches of Rancho Santana. We will shuttle you over to the nearby Playa Rosada famous for its pinkish colored sand and Playa los Perros for a magical sunset . Upon return, get ready for another amazing dinner by the seaside under the moonlight.

If you are an early riser head over to the clubhouse for a morning coffee and a walk o the beach while your breakfast is prepared. Today we check out and transition to the colonial city of Granada. During the drive you will see two cone shaped volcanoes rising out of the water, Volcano Maderas and Volcano Conception which form Ometepe Island in Lake Cocibolca. You will also have a great view of Volcano Mombacho as you arrive into Granada. Once checked in, relax and enjoy the afternoon. Beat the heat with a courtesy cocktail or cerveza in your room or by the pool. Dinner will be served at one of Granada's most famous restaurants. This day we will grab breakfast and head out to walk the streets of Granada. will have time to submerge yourself in the local culture . We will take you on a behind the scenes tour of the boutique Mombacho Cigar Factory at the Historic Favili Mansion and a visit to the local Chocolate Museum. In the afternoon you will have a private boat tour through the many lsletas de Granada . Once back in the town you will have a chance to eat at one of the many restaurants on La Calzada street. Buenos dias! After breakfast, we head to the nearby Mombacho Volcano for a full day of adventure. We start off the experience at a local organic coffee farm where you will zip-line across dense coffee trees. You will also go on a guided hike at the Mombacho volcano trails. There are many areas for you to see the islands, the city, the valley, the lagoon, and a panoramic view from the multiple vantage points. The altitude and microclimate keeps temperatures cool so you may want to bring a light sweater or longer sleeve shirt just in case the clouds set in or you catch a mist of rain. Back in town enjoy the farewell dinner and some special surprises.
