Product Overview 

Layered nitrogen-doped carbon powders are materials with special structures and properties. Layered nitrogen-doped carbon powders usually consist of multiple thin layers with large interlayer spacing between each layer. These thin layers are mainly connected together by chemical bonds to form a three-dimensional network structure. Nitrogen doping is the introduction of nitrogen atoms into a carbon material. The introduction of nitrogen atoms can change the surface polarity of the carbon material, improve surface wettability, and modify the surface electronic structure of the carbon atoms. The layered nitrogen doped carbon powder provided by XFNANO is obtained by high temperature pyrolysis of nitrogen-containing carbon organic matter (PVP), and exists in the form of amorphous nitrogen doped carbon, which can be used as a carrier for mono- and diatomic catalysts.

Improvement of electrical conductivity: nitrogen doping can improve the electrical conductivity of carbon materials, making them more suitable for use in electrochemistry and other fields; 

Increase chemical stability: nitrogen doping can increase the chemical stability of carbon materials, making them more resistant to acid and alkali and other chemicals.

Electrochemical field: it can be used as electrode materials, for example, in lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, etc., to enhance the performance and cycle stability of batteries; 

Catalytic field: using its abundant active sites and good conductivity to promote chemical reactions; 

Adsorption field: it can be used to adsorb organic pollutants, heavy metal ions, etc; 

Sensor field: it can be used to prepare gas sensors, biosensors, etc.
