LP version. The Current is the fourth album Alexander Hacke and Danielle de Picciotto have recorded under their Hackedepicciotto moniker recorded since becoming nomads in 2010. It is their most powerful album yet. After composing desert drones for their previous album Perseverantia (POTOMAK 125171, 2016) and dark foreboding melodies for Menetekel (POTOMAK 150841/150842), their new album moves forwards, gaining in speed and energy. Alexander Hacke's background with Einstürzende Neubauten can be felt in the many rhythmic tracks. "We had the urge to include more percussive elements and electronic sounds to create a powerful rhythmic feel. A wilder and more danceable element. Something to get all of us on our feet, and moving. Away from depression and hopelessness." The classic background of Danielle de Picciotto has become more prominent as well. Glorious choirs and violin harmonies flow throughout the album giving it an almost symphonic sound. The artist couple calls their music "cinematic-drone" and their album sounds like the film track to an apocalyptic feature-length film, hopefully with a happy end.

Pillow for everyone

I think this pillow is too firm. I prefer a softer pillow but wanted to try this one. I may just have to get use to it. I will keep using it and see if I cannot get use to it.

Gonna get more for the guest room while I'm thinking about it.

I will buy these again in a few years. I got 2 for me, and two for my man. They look super nice and full, and squish perfectly when you lay your head down on them.
They are economical and priced nicely. They fluff decent when you fluff them, and I love my pillows again. These got rid of my headaches from neck trouble.
I love these pillows. I'm gonna actually buy some right now for my guest room while I'm thinking about it. I compare these to that hotel I slept at once that had the most amazing pillows. Clean crisp fresh and soft. But not too soft. They are definitely soft, but cradle your head like a hug.

Well made and soft Resilient but not memory foam Good for back or tummy sleeper

These pillows are well made I put them in the dryer on medium heat for 10 min 2 at a time, and they doubled in fluffiness They're soft to the touch as well as in plushness/depth They are resilient but not memory foam I don't think they would be firm enough for a side sleeper but nice for resting on your back or tummy

Comfortable!

After vacationing, I wanted to buy the brand of pillows used at the resort where we stayed because they were so comfortable. I landed on these pillows instead because of the reasonable price point. These pillows are every bit as comfortable. They are fluffy and supportive without being too heavy and stay cool. These pillows are comfortable and well made. They support both my head and neck and e long enough to use as a body pillow for side sleeping. I would recommend these pillows!
