Intelligent Battery Management for Extended Lifespan
The BlueSolar 100/15 features the innovative BatteryLife algorithm, an intelligent battery management system designed to extend battery health and life. If the controller cannot fully recharge the battery in a single day, it raises the load disconnect voltage daily until it successfully achieves a 100% recharge. This process prevents the damaging cycle of partial charging and deep discharging, which can destroy a lead-acid battery in weeks or months. The intelligent load output also prevents damage from running batteries flat by disconnecting loads at a pre-set voltage.
Robust, Flexible, and User-Friendly
Engineered for flexibility, the controller automatically selects between 12V and 24V battery systems. It employs a multi-stage adaptive charging algorithm (Bulk, Absorption, Float) to ensure optimal battery care. For advanced monitoring and configuration, the VE.Direct port allows connection to a PC, a Color Control GX, or a smartphone/tablet via the optional VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle. The unit is built to last, with an IP43 rating for electronic components and comprehensive electronic protections against battery reverse polarity, output short circuits, and over-temperature situations.
