Nose drops are also used to nurture the sensitive mucus membrane in the nasal cavity. Herbal oils applied to the nasal passages heighten the sense of smell, improve memory and may enhance creativity. Many obstinate diseases could be combated with Nasya, including: addictions, psychological and neuro-muscular disorders such as facial paralysis, tremors and all diseases of the supra-clavicular region.

Directions for Use:
Gently warm oil by placing the bottle in hot water for 2-5 minutes. Water level should be just below the bottleneck. Test 1 drop on the inside of your wrist to ensure the oil is  warm to lukewarm. To Apply: Tilt head backwards, dispense 2-4 drops in each nostril in the anterior of your nasal passage. Massage nostrils clockwise and then counterclockwise. Blow your nose and spit up any mucus or liquid that is produced. 

For Optimum Results:
Use Anu after taking a hot bath or after a facial steam so nasal membranes can become moist and better absorb the drops.  Be gentle when blowing your nose. Apply 2 - 4 drops in each nostril at least once daily in the am and/or at bedtime. 

Store drops in a cool dark place. Use within 6 months maximum.
