Twin-shaft MV mixer (2 hp high / 1 hp low):
– Anchor-style main agitator with removable nylon scraper blades cleans the sidewalls and kettle floor.
– Counter-rotating secondary beater breaks up lumps for ultra-smooth sauces, soups and fillings.

This hat fits women’s heads ( mine is small) and is fully adjustable by the Velcro strap on the back. It is made out of light material that is great for a workout and has air holes / mesh for cooler wear. So eat to clean just pop in the washer and hang to dry!
