Integrated MV two-speed agitator

• Balanced aluminum mixer bridge with actuator-assisted lift.
• Two-speed gear motor: 46/23 RPM main anchor agitator, 120/60 RPM secondary beater.
• 304 SS anchor agitator hugs the kettle wall; removable nylon blades continually scrape for zero burn-on.
• Counter-rotating 304 SS beater promotes even heat distribution and homogeneous blends.
• Bayonet mounting allows tool-free removal for cleaning or kettle-only operation.
• Positive rim lock & safety interlock prevent high-speed starts with bridge raised.
