RPTN present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human RPTN Antibody is added and binds to RPTN in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated RPTN antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate

The Human (RPTN) Repetin ELISA Kit measures Repetin in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human RPTN antibody. RPTN present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human RPTN Antibody is added and binds to RPTN in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated RPTN antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human RPTN. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I have the dark green sheets and would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that they smell absolutely horrible. I am so surprised after reading reviews that more people don’t mention it?!
