- Bayonet-mounted agitator & beater lift out tool-free for cleaning or kettle-only use.
- Actuator-assisted lift plus positive rim-lock keeps the bridge secure during operation.
- Built-in safety interlock prevents high-speed starts when mixer is not fully engaged.
