Đây là một loại nước dùng dashi rất được ưa thích tại Nhật, được làm từ loại tảo bẹ Hidaka của vùng Hokkaido kết hợp thêm với nước dùng cá ngừ mang đến một loại dashi hoàn hảo có hương vị ngọt tự nhiên.

Nước dùng dashi tảo bẹ Bell Foods được đánh giá là một loại dashi đa năng khi có thể nấu được đa dạng các món như lẩu, canh súp, các món ninh hầm, cơm măng, rau luộc, súp nấm, món xào, làm dưa chua,…

Chỉ cần thêm một chút dashi tảo bẹ khi nấu sẽ giúp món ăn được tăng thêm hương vị hấp dẫn nhưng không làm át đi mùi vị đặc trưng.

Một số món ăn phổ biển mà người Nhật thường nấu với nước dùng dashi tảo bẹ như là trứng dashimaki, mì udon, trứng hấp chawanmushi, cá tuyết hấp, súp miso nameko, cơm tororo, đậu phụ lạnh, shabu lạnh bào kiểu Nhật,…

Thành phần: Chiết xuất tảo biển (tảo bẹ (hidaka, Hokkaido)), muối, chiết xuất từ cá ngừ, nước dùng từ cá ngừ/chất điều vị (axit amin), chất làm đặc polysacarit (có 1 phần đậu nành)

Khối lượng tịnh: 400ml/chai

Bảo quản: Ở nhiệt độ thường, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp. Bảo quản lạnh sau khi mở nắp

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Nấu nước dùng, súp miso: pha 2 muỗng nhỏ trong 300ml nước sôi; Lẩu: pha 2 muỗng lớn trong 500ml nước sôi; Nước súp mì:  2 muỗng lớn trong 500ml nước sôi; Cơm trộn: 3 muỗng lớn cho 2 chén gạo; Món hầm: 2 muỗng lớn trong 400ml nước; Trứng hấp Chawanmisshi: 1 muỗng lớn vào 2 quả trứng và 300ml nước; Trứng cuộn với nước dùng: 1 muỗng nhỏ cho 3 quả trứng

SOLID built like a tank! Really like the all-metal design. No vibration on the road and minimal if any off road, extremely stable. 360 adjustability = endless options on positioning your phone. Overall a good buy considering fit, form and functionality as compared to the less expensive composite holders that shake move and rattle (Drives me nuts). The ONLY negative…. I have a pro max iphone with a case and there’s no way one-handed operation works to insert and remove the phone into the holder. You can use one hand to adjust the angle and positioning but not otherwise. An OFI for OffRoam, incorporate a tension adjustment into the design for ease of insertion and removal of the phone (without breaking the bank). Taking all things into consideration the pros far outweigh the cons! Best unit out there for Gen 3 Tacoma owners.

FINALLY a decent phone mount!!!
I’ve tried about 5 different phone mounts in my 2018 Tacoma and ended up throwing them all away. They’re either too bulky, too weak to hold the phone, awkward or just won’t stay in place.
