To break up the tedium of sound checks, they begin to improvise analog synthesizer versions of Tiersen's songs. The concept of an all-analog project soon takes root. An offer to play at Acusmatiq Festival finds the duo in need of a third mind to complete the circuit and bring the concept to life. Friend, fellow synth-obsessive, and producer Thomas Poli (Dominique A., Miossec, Olivier Mellano, Montgomery, Laetitia Sheriff) joins and Elektronische Staubband is born. The next few years see further well-received festival appearances across Europe, followed in 2013 by the release of (the now abbreviated) ESB's first original material on a 7 single for the Thore 769; Single Club. Finding time between their countless other music projects in 2014, the trio finally have a short window to record their debut album. Convening at Tiersen's studio, each member chooses two weapons from his analog armory and plugs in for ten days of intense, immersive, cosmic jamming. ARPs glide. Korgs drone. Moogs throb. Electricity breathes life into the strange, tangled melodies. Common influences swirl around. Michael Bundt to Tim Hecker, Klaus Schulze to Fennesz, Popol Vuh to Loscil, Kraftwerk to Fuck Buttons, Delia Derbyshire to Grouper, NEU! To Follakzoid. Accidents are appreciated. Unexpected meetings are welcome. Every track is composed on the fly and recorded in the moment. By turns danceable and sinister, human and alien, the songs extend and warp, are allowed time to grow and to lead the musicians down unexpected roads. The finished songs offer a cracked, kaleidoscopic view of some exotic, retro-futuristic world. Mixed in Rennes, France, by Poli and mastered at Translab Studio in Paris by Chab.

Great all around bowls especially for a cat food bowl.
Kitty food bowl liners (20 ounce size). I use cereal bowls for cat food, as find the tiny pet bowls fairly useless for grown cats - they get pushed around, and slopped over.
But the kitties walk away from their food and come back, so of course it gets all gummy. Using these as food bowl liners keeps everything fresh and u are not scraping crust off the dishes all the time. Of course I grab them too for my own snacks. I used to get bowls at grocery and would get twitchy when I ran out, and get real irritated when all that was available was plastic bowls. These are just a great all around product and bulk buying is so convenient; plus even the pattern is soothing and attractive. Not sure the cats care but they might.

Good value
I like that I can buy these in large quantities. Get a little soft with liquids after sitting for a while. There’s sturdier bowls on the market but these work well for the price.

Will buy again.
I've already bought these twice. The first batch, bottom bowl had a slice in it, like someone had cut it while opening the box, but I didn't use a knife to open them, so it had to have been part of a bigger box. Anyway, it was just the one, the very last bowl. That was a surprise with my cereal, lol.
