What to know:

Make sure you use sunscreen throughout the day when you go outside while using an acne spot treatment.

Whenever you use treatments that include salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinol, and glycolic acid you should be extra cautious in the sun, because the gentle exfoliation these products cause can leave your skin more vulnerable to UV rays.

This product may bleach or dye fabric, so be mindful of your face cloths.
