Care
General Maintenance: Repot your succulents only when they outgrow their pot into a pot that is 1 size larger. Repot early in the growing season for best chance of success. Propogate via stem cuttings or leaf cuttings. Allow the cuttings to callous for at least 24 hours prior to replantingTemperature: These plants are very tolerant of colder climates and can withstand -25 degrees Celsius for short amounts of time. They can withstand temperatures as high as 28 degrees Celsius perfectly fine
Light: These plants require a lot of light to grow properly. A minimum of 6 hours of full sun in a day will have them happy, or as much bright direct sunlight as possible. They can tolerate direct sunlight for long periods of time, though take care to watch for burning of the leaves. If this occurs, take out of direct sunlight into indirect sunlight
Watering: Succulents of any variety have thick, water-retaining leaves so they rarely need watering. These plants have roots that are very sensitive to rotting, so it is best to allow at minimum the top 2 inches of soil to dry between watering. Ideally 50% of the soil should be dry before watering any succulents
Soil: These plants enjoy most potting soil mixes so long as they have excellent drainage. Mixing in Perlite/Vermiculite or other gritty, drainage improving inorganic materials is a great way to improve your soil quality
Fertilizer: Succulents rarely need fertilization, but will benefit from feedings once every year during the start of the growing season to refresh the nutrients in their soil

Works great, might have to use distilled water if you have hard water
So far it's great!
It uses a LOT of water on the first clean (and maybe also because of using the 'Freo' ai mode) you can use tap water, but in areas with hard water, you might need to go through a lot of distilled water.
I think on future cleaning jobs it's supposed to use less water though. And you can adjust the cleaning level to a lower setting so that it doesn't use as much.
The app takes a little while to get used to, because there are many options and menus. But still very nice to have and use.
The vacuum has a dust bin with a very basic filter (needs replaced every 30 days if used), but if you want more of 'Hepa' clean air, you would have to use another type of vacuum before mopping.
It also doesn't get close to the edges of some areas for some reason, even thought it could fit.
Still, for what it is, it's a great product that will cut down on a lot of mopping time.

Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
To say I love my Narwal robotic mop and vacuum is an understatement—total game changer. I can’t imagine going back to any other robotic vacuum.
I have two dogs, including a Jack Russell who sheds like Pig-Pen from Peanuts—basically a walking cloud of hair—and this thing handles it effortlessly.
The vacuum + mopping combo is amazing, and it’s so easy to use and maintain. It truly does all the dirty work for me.
I did have a small hiccup about two months in, but Narwal support helped me reset it quickly and it’s been perfect ever since (I definitely panicked for a minute 😅).
Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Unreliable. Doesn't work.
Has been every unreliable. Misses lots of spots with horrible mapping. Doesn't go some places for some reason. We moved the furniture, tried remapping but nothing works. Randomly goes in circles in the same spot at times. Updated firmware, spoke to support etc. When using vacuum and Mop option, it skips carpets and doesn't go back to do them afterwards. The whole programming is unreliable. Don't BUY. Can't return it past the warranty/return period.

LOVE ❤️
I’ve only had this for a few days but I am in LOVE with it and maybe a little obsessed.
Even my husband commented on how clean our floors were after the first use. The mapping feature works very well; better than my previous robo vac. I love that it takes the everyday maintenance out of the equation by cleaning/drying the mop heads itself.
I wish the instruction manual had more info in it, as well as what some of the features on the app entail, but I’m sure google can provide that info.

If it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi do a hard reboot and start download again.
I have had this for 2 days. I could not connect this to my WiFi. I wanted to do a hard reboot but the small pamphlet doesn't explain how, the pamphlet is basically useless. I looked on line and performed it then set it back up. It now works really well as a vacuum. I haven't tried the floor washing yet but the vacuum portion is really very good cleans better than my other older two well known vacuums combined. The other two older robot vacuums I never needed to program to have them vacuum but this one you need too. It won't work without it. It wasn't had to program either.
