With a 2m height, these walk-in fruit cages offer a great space to work in with a plentiful amount of growing height in traditional robust yet lightweight aluminium.

Our joints have been developed to avoid the issues commonly found in  push fit joins which work themselves loose over time - The nut and bolt are rust resistant due to their stainless steel composition and feature a sturdy nylon collar and cap for added protection.

Door hinges can be added to any upright and the door shuts against a post that is included in the door kit. Extra doors can be supplied if needed.

Each pack comes with the framework, standard roof and side nets, net fittings, wide ground pegs, a door and full instructions.

Structure

• Sturdy 2m tall round tubular framework 
• Uprights 25.4mm diameter
• Top Rods  22.2mm diameter 
• Uprights are spaced at a maximum of 3m 
• Sturdy rust resistant bolted joints will not loosen over time
• Door hinges can be added to any upright
• Additional fruit cage door parts available  
• The cage is designed to be inserted 34cm directly into the ground
• Ground plates are included as standard
• Add an extra door with our aluminium walk-in fruit cage door

Netting

• Comes standard with bird proof 19mm roof net which can easily be removed in winter if needed
  
• Side net is manufactured from a tough extruded composite material, giving rigidity and strength to your fruit cage
• All nets are very strong and have great UV resistance meaning they will last for years to come.

Fruit Cages are not designed to withstand loading from settled snow. If snow is forecast, roof nets should be removed to prevent damage to the frame.
