G.1.M Sport is a carbohydrate and electrolyte powder designed for use around training. Each serving provides 20 g of carbohydrates from Cluster Dextrin® and 350 mg of sodium.
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and or long-lasting physical exercise which leads to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle, when consumed at a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight from all sources, in doses taken within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise.
