While they fit the context of the pieces at the time, my philosophies about what I was trying to express evolved. As my work matured I found that texturing the details was becoming second nature and I began focusing more attention on the form. I realized that my goal was to get people to walk with softer steps on this planet. It was this statement that resonated with me so strongly that I then set out to have it reflected in the work.Ó
