Integrated MV Twin-Shaft Mixer
- Two-speed totally enclosed gear motor (High: 46 rpm main / 120 rpm secondary • Low: 23 rpm / 60 rpm).
- 304 stainless anchor-style main agitator hugs kettle contour for full-body mixing.
- Counter-rotating secondary beater boosts agitation and eliminates “dead” spots.
- Removable nylon scraper blades continuously clean the kettle wall for superior heat exchange.
- Bayonet-mount agitators lift out quickly for cleaning or non-mixing operation.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock; built-in safety prevents high-speed starts when raised.
