Our replica of the first generation vehicle from 1942 shows off its unique shape and unusual features. The four door saloon was styled with either a wood body or metal designed to look like wood. Unbelievably, the car could take up to nine people and rear loading was via centrally opening

Our replica of the first generation vehicle from 1942 shows off its unique shape and unusual features.  The four door saloon was styled with either a wood body or metal designed to look like wood.  Unbelievably, the car could take up to nine people and rear loading was via centrally opening double doors.

You can see all these physical features on the Oxford replica which is decorated in a stone beige colour with light and dark tan wood effect to create a mahogany finish. The interior is a brown red colour with beige steering wheel.  The roof rack rails, bumper trim and wheels are chrome and our car sports the whitewall tyres. It is registered in Florida 1942 as number 22 D 2736.
