- Universal aluminum pan supports (adjustable on 1½" centers) accept:
- (12) full-size 18" × 26" sheet pans
- (24) half-size 12" × 20" pans
- (12) 23" × 23" donut screens
- 5 qt (4.7 L) cast-in water reservoir with cover—prevents element burn-out and keeps humidity consistent.
- Removable heating module and fully-removable interior components speed up cleaning.
