- Actuator-assisted bridge lift and positive rim lock for easy kettle access.
- Self-locking, permanently lubricated worm-gear tilt for smooth, controlled pour-off.
- Thermostatic dial (150 °F–260 °F) plus low-water cutoff, pressure relief valve, sight glass and gauge protect every batch.
