The front shock absorber spacers in the HD version were designed from scratch by RS-Ultimate with extreme usage in mind. The 2-inch lift is an essential component when lifting a Jeep WJ/WG by 2/3 inches, ensuring the proper functioning of the front suspension. The spacers adjust the angle and travel of the shock absorber to the optimal working position. The component was created for the most demanding drivers who expect maximum safety from tuning parts. The spacer is made from drilled shafts with a diameter of 18.5mm, a wall thickness of 5.5mm, and is additionally reinforced with a welded channel connecting the two bushings, which properly hold the spacer angles and prevent bending. This design ensures 100% safety during off-road driving. The set includes screws that guarantee a solid connection of the parts.
The entire set is coated with an anti-corrosive primer and a powder-coated base coat, ensuring long-lasting, trouble-free usage.
All components are laser-cut on CNC-controlled machines, bent on CNC bending machines, and welded by certified welders. Only with this technology can we ensure full repeatability and precise quality of execution.
