Reissue of the 1976 historic collaboration between producer instrumentalist Augustus Pablo and dub engineer King Tubby."If you had to pick one album that best represents the pinnacle of the art of dub, you'd cull the candidates down pretty quickly to ten or 12, and it would get very difficult after that. Few would fault you for ending up with this one, though, which stands as perhaps the finest collaboration between two of instrumental reggae's leading lights: producer and melodica player Augustus Pablo and legendary dub pioneer King Tubby. Among other gems, this album offers it's title track - a dub version of Jacob Miller's 'Baby I Love You So'- which is widely regarded as the finest example of dub ever recorded. But the rest of the album is hardly less impressive. 'Each One Dub', another cut on a Jacob Miller rhythm, possesses the same dark and mystical ambience, if not quite the same emotional energy, as 'King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown,' and the version of the epochal 'Satta Massaganna' that closes the album is another solid winner. Pablo's trademark 'Far East' sound (characterized by minor keys and prominent melodica lines) is predominant throughout, and is treated with care and grace by King Tubby, who has rarely sounded more inspired in his studio manipulations than he does here. Build w/ a Friend, and BYOL (Bring Your Own Level)

Definitely a two-person job. Not because it's heavy, but a little awkward at first. I installed the first bracket, and my 12 yo assisted. Then, she hung the second bracket, and I assisted. Have a level handy. I didn't want to roll the dice and allow her to hang from the bracket, but it seems super-strong. We hung the brackets 32" apart, and 6" overhang, i.e. 48" x 12" laminate shelves. Gorgeous.

Purchasing this kit instead of each piece of pipe and fittings required was a no-brainer. It was especially easy because all pieces are prepainted. It went together with ease.
Mounting was simple with planning, measurements, and a level.
*Note*
I purchase the pine stair treads from Home Depot that are 1" thick and then chemically aged them before adding polycrylic. It is cheaper than plywood and shelving boards, and a full 1" thick rather than 1x12 shelving.

Looks amazing!

Very straight forward to build. Mine was not hard but to a bit more effort because my ceiling is at an angle so I had to get a little creative. I cut a piece of wood and placed it between the ceiling and one of the arms for it to be even. It’s also not completely even cause I didn’t have a long level but still looks amazing.

Very easy to put up and assemble!

We were looking for a nice shelf over our coffee bar, and this industrial pipe shelf was perfect! This was very easy to assemble! Simply put in your anchors and screw in the bases! We ordered the three tier shelf but only needed two, and it was very easy to make that adjustment! I loved that this was solid wood shelving rather than particle board.
