Vindicated is the New York Times bestselling memoir from Jose Canseco with shocking new details about Major League Baseball's steroid epidemic. In 2005, Jose Canseco blew the lid off Major League Baseball's steroid scandal--and no one believed him. His New York Times bestselling memoir Juiced met a firestorm of criticism and outrage from the media, coaches, clubs, and players, many of whom Canseco had personally introduced to steroids--with a needle in the ass. Baseball's former golden boy, Rookie of the Year, onetime Most Valuable Player, and owner of two World Series rings was called a liar. Now, steroids are back in the headlines. Record-breaking athletes are falling from grace, and the infamous Mitchell Report confirmed the names of major leaguers who have indeed used steroids while others remain under investigation. The answer is clear: Jose Canseco told the truth. And why wouldn't he? He started it all. Finally, in Vindicated, Canseco picks up where Juiced left off, revealing details even more shocking than in his controversial first book. He spills never-before-implicated names--arguably the biggest in the game of baseball--and explores the mystery of one celebrated player about whom key information was suddenly excised from Juiced at the last minute. He talks candidly about what the Mitchell Report did--and didn't--get right, why steroid use became so rampant, and how his life has changed since he tore the lid off Pandora's box. Lest there be any doubt about theveracity of his claims, Canseco subjected himself to three lie detector tests, one of which was conducted by a former FBI special agent and top polygraph examiner who investigated the Unabomber, Whitewater, the Oklahoma City bombing, and the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. Transcripts of those taped interviews are also included in this straight-talking examination of the current state of baseball. This time, he's not just out to clear his name. He's out to clean up the game.Binding Type: Paperback

I Put 2 Raw Eggs in This Paper Bowl… (Video Included)
These paper bowls are smaller than standard size, and that’s actually exactly why I buy them. They’re perfect for kids’ snacks and portion control without overfilling or wasting food.
I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy they are. These do not crumple easily like cheaper paper bowls, and they hold their shape well even when handled by kids throughout the day. We regularly use them for dry snacks like Goldfish crackers, cereal, and cookies, and a single bowl can last all afternoon through multiple refills.
They are also leak-resistant, which I tested more aggressively than most people probably would. I cracked two raw eggs into one bowl, swirled them around, and set a timer. After a minute, I it held up (over my head) without it bending or collapsing. That alone sold me on the durability. The end result - no leaks. Zero.
For the price, quality is excellent. If you’re looking for smaller bowls for snacks, portion control, these are a solid choice.
These aren’t your typical flimsy paper bowls — they’re surprisingly durable for everyday use. Kitchen Chaos Tested™ — and they passed.
⭐️I included a video of paper bowls vs raw eggs, plus some photos for size reference

Sturdy and useful
Good plates, we used them all and had no spills or plate disasters. We used them for hot and cold food. Sturdy and saves me time on dishes! I also appreciate that they look nice even if it isn't for company. Great for draining bacon with a paper towel. So much easier. Also, from my home schooling days, these are great for kids when they want to paint. Holds the paint and it is somewhere to lay your brushes.

Perfect smaller size, challenging to separate sometimes
We prefer to use the smaller paper bowls instead of the much larger ones, since they are more in tune with correct portion sizes. The size is perfect, the quality is fairly good, but docked one star because several times when wanting to get one bowl, it’s been a challenge to separate only one bowl. We would probably buy again, but these wouldn’t be our first choice.
