• Install under a properly vented hood and on non-combustible flooring (6" legs supplied).
• Limit cookware larger than 12" Ø to the rear burners to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
• Never cover charbroiler grates with a sheet pan while burners are on—severe damage can occur.
