Made by Charles Packer & Co., well known for their production of wartime sweetheart brooches. Circa 1940. Stamped for 15ct gold. Maker's mark "C. P & Co" for Charles Packer. The centre section measures approximately 21. 3mm x 20. 3mm. The brooch measures approximately 44. 2mm

A traditional British naval sweetheart brooch crafted in 15ct yellow gold, the centre bearing the naval insignia, the crown decorated with red enamel, set upon a simple bar. Made by Charles Packer & Co., well known for their production of wartime sweetheart brooches.

Circa 1940.

Stamped for 15ct gold.
Maker's mark "C.P & Co" for Charles Packer.

The centre section measures approximately 21.3mm x 20.3mm.

The brooch measures approximately 44.2mm long.

The approximate weight is 4.6 grams.
