Intelligent, Automatic System Redundancy
The HA100 creates a fully redundant system by connecting and constantly monitoring two separate UCM6510 IP PBXs. In the event the primary UCM6510 fails, the HA100 intelligently and automatically switches full system control to the hot-standby secondary unit. This critical transfer includes all connected telecom lines, network links, auxiliary devices, and registered SIP endpoints, ensuring your operations continue without disruption.
High-Speed, Seamless Failover
Downtime is measured in seconds, not minutes. The HA100 completes the entire system switch in as little as 10 to 50 seconds, with the exact time depending on the number of registered SIP endpoints. It utilizes Gratuitous ARP to force SIP endpoints to refresh the MAC address of the new UCM6510, preventing interruptions and ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
