- 208/240V dual-voltage electrical design with individual infinite controls for each well.
- Stainless steel body, top, legs, and undershelf deliver durability and easy cleanup.
- Fiberglass insulation between compartments helps retain heat during service.
- 8" stainless steel support shelf includes a removable 3/8" thick poly cutting board.
- Intended for dry use; optional spillage pans are required for hot water bath operation.
