With Celestron 's 8-24mm Zoom Eyepiece you can quickly and easily go from a low magnification to high-power with a simple twist instead of taking valuable observation time to change eyepieces and filters. At the low magnification setting of 24mm its wide 60° field of view allows you to easily find your subjects or enjoy expansive views, and when dialed up to the high setting of 8mm the angle of view is still an impressive 40-degrees. Anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics ensure bright and clear high-images at any magnification, with true color rendition. The eyepiece is designed to fit any 1.25" diameter drawtube or accessory, and its slip-resistant textured collar ensures safe handling - especially in the cold or when wearing gloves - and allows for precise focal length selection. Finally, a fold-down eyecup makes for comfortable viewing with or without eyewear.
