Gold vermeil is thick 18k gold over solid sterling silver — luxurious yet delicate. Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and sweat. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising, and store in a dry pouch. Gently polish with a soft cloth, if needed, and avoid harsh cleaners.
