Garnet red. Red fruit aromas (mainly morello cherry and strawberry). This wine is well-structured with firm tannins. Aromas are complex of spices and fruits.
The vineyards of this Côtes-du-Rhône come from different soils (from 4 neighbouring regions: Drôme, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardèche) such as clay-calcareous alluvial deposit terraces and clay. Providing this wine an incredible richness and complexity.
The wine is aged in vats and the blending is performed by the end of spring.
The whole grapes are destemmed. A two-week vat time provides a great tannic structure compulsory to its ageing and a good stability. The grapes are hand-harvested at maturity.
