They are extremely light and flexible providing excellent shock absorption, and they have two adjustable hook and loop straps for a secure fit. We recommend using our Valken Combat Pants with these knee pads for full lower body protection.

Nice socks, but they are way too small. Says they fit size 6 - 10. I kept 3 ( I wear size 8) and gave 3 to my daughter (size 8.5). We both agreed that they were just too small.
